On February 19th, 2017 Justin Clarke became the first wheelchair pageant to compete in the Miss World Australia competition. This 26-year-old young lady said she wants to empower young ladies with her boldness, determination and dedication.
It’s been 2 years since Clarke has been wheelchair bound but that hasn’t quivered her bravery for a moment. She considers beauty is inborn and comes in all shapes and sizes. “For somebody in a wheelchair to be able to compete is a big thing,” Clark said. She even added “A wheelchair does not define me or limit me. I can still be strong, feminine, and beautiful.”
